Yuva 100g

RANGE OF APPLICATION

Yuva 100g is primarily for home use. General uses are for:

  • Dough for traditional flaky pastries
  • For bread rolls, buns, pies, cookies and all kinds of cakes.

USAGE AND DOSES

Usage can vary according to the recipe.
In general, the following doses are used:
For dough with medium sugar content: 1.1 to 2.2 % of flour content

Prior to adding Yuva 100g in the flour to be kneaded, dissolve in half a glass of lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Mix in at the beginning of the kneading process.

Dry yeast / Fresh yeast ratio is 1/3 to 1/5.

STORING

Can be stored at room temperature in its original packing. After the package is opened, the yeast should be used in the shortest time possible. For the best performance, it should be stored in a cold place with packaging closed.

For yeast stored under these conditions, the shelf life is 18 months from the date of production.
